ARG/CS undertakes only highly specialized work within the niche of historic preservation. Cost savings are frequently the result of our design-build method as it streamlines the project process and can eliminate unnecessary overhead. ARG/CS is not in competition with masonry, waterproofing, painting or other contractors whose focus are typical rehabilitation projects.
